1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites function correctly, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site owner about how the site is used.

This website uses cookies for its basic operation and, with your consent, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to identify you personally without your knowledge.

2. Cookies we use

Essential cookies (always active)

Required for the website to function. These include cookies that store your cookie consent decision, maintain basic security, and enable navigation. They cannot be disabled.

Duration: Session or up to 12 months  |  Examples: cookieConsent (localStorage)

Analytics cookies (optional)

Help us understand how visitors interact with the website — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where they arrive from. This helps us improve the site. Data is aggregated and anonymised where possible.

Duration: Up to 26 months  |  Provider: Google Analytics (if enabled)

Marketing cookies (optional)

Used to track visitors across websites to display relevant advertisements. We use these only if you have consented and only in connection with limited professional advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn.

Duration: Up to 90 days  |  Providers: Meta Pixel, Google Ads (if enabled)

Preference cookies (optional)

Remember settings and choices you have made to personalise your experience, such as preferred language or region.

Duration: Up to 12 months  |  Examples: language and display preferences

3. Third-party cookies

Where analytics or marketing cookies are enabled, the following third-party services may set cookies on your device:

  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — campaign measurement, if marketing cookies are accepted. Meta's data policy applies.
  • Google Ads — conversion tracking for professional advertising, if marketing cookies are accepted.

We do not control third-party cookies once set. You can manage them through your browser settings or the opt-out tools provided by each service.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also manage or delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some websites.

Google Chrome
Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data. You can block third-party cookies, clear existing cookies, or allow exceptions for specific sites. On Android/iOS Chrome, go to Settings → Site settings → Cookies.
Mozilla Firefox
Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection also blocks many third-party trackers by default. You can clear cookies or set exceptions per site.
Apple Safari
Safari → Preferences → Privacy. You can prevent cross-site tracking and block all cookies. On iOS/iPadOS, go to Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security. Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention is enabled by default.
Microsoft Edge
Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data. Edge also offers Tracking Prevention in three levels (Basic, Balanced, Strict) under Privacy, Search, and Services.

6. Your rights and contact

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time by adjusting your preferences above or through your browser. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.

Disabling analytics cookies means we will not collect information about your visit to improve the site. Disabling marketing cookies means advertising based on your visit to this site will not be used. The core functionality of this website remains available regardless of your cookie choices.

For questions about how we use cookies or about your personal data more broadly, please contact us at [email protected] or see our Privacy Policy.
